During our stay, we were impressed with the excellent price we got for the park and fly package. It was definitely a great deal. We also found the front-desk service to be quick, kind, and attentive. We appreciated their efficiency.

Room was smelly and bathroom had a cleaning rag in the sink and the toilet was dirty. New management and very much deferred maintenance.

Room was smelly. Breakfast buffet was meager, Bathroom was not clean. Curb appeal none.

I had a great first-time experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The location was convenient, despite being in a congested industrialized area. The basic amenities provided, such as a fridge and breakfast, added to the overall convenience of the stay.

Everything was alright.

The carpet was dirty..had sticky gum all over..hair in bathroom.. We brought back food to hotel.. And there wasn't a mini fridge. Price was cheap and I guess that's what you get for paying that price.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and clean, which is always a plus.

All in all, the hotel was just okay.

There is a problem with a shuttle. It is required to call for the shuttle after landing but there is no such information prior to arrival. Other hotel shuttles appear every few minutes withour calling the hotel. I spent nearly two hours to get to the hotel from the airport. Very annoying.

The place was dirty and digusting You advertised as a 4 star.The first room stunk like smoke phones broken Second room broken lock if it wasnt so late I would have looked for a new hotel I was up all night worrying if someone would break in

The hotel is located in an industrialized area and is easy to find from the interstate. The hotel has a large indoor pool and offers an adequate breakfast service. The rooms seem to be picked up and okay.

I don't like their shuttle bus service, at the end I use a taxi service ( I pay $25 to go to airport) because their shuttle is full.

Not much. We were forced to go there because every other quality hotel within 40 miles of Chicago was booked.

The hotel was filthy and in serious need of repair. It is totally run down; it either needs to be closed or completely renovated.

The hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, offering an ideal location for a quick getaway. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi which we took full advantage of. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast which was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The downside of our stay was the lack of adequate customer service provided by the staff. The receptionists seemed uninterested and weren't accommodating when it came to our needs.

It didn't burn down during our stay. I'm still unsure if I should get a tetanus shot. The hotel is the ramada at elk grove village, in case the review states otherwise. A motel 6 is across the street for half the price and twice the appeal.

Shuttle service didn't run the majority of the trip. Room was smelly and the air conditioner didn't work. We were given the wrong keys to the room 2 times in a row. One room had people in it.

Room cleanliness was much better then hotel/facilities cleanliness...

Hotel/facilities are really, really very worn out... Distance from the airport is 25min drive. Neighborhood is industrial one.
